Craft and Coded (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the ReadySetSocial iOS application (“App”).

1. Information We Collect

ReadySetSocial does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on our servers.

Photos you choose, labels you create (names/colors), and metadata (such as optional description or location) are stored locally on your device.

The App does not use:

  • User accounts or profiles
  • Email sign-in or passwords
  • Analytics or tracking SDKs
  • Advertising SDKs
  • Cloud storage or syncing (in the current version)

2. Face Detection (On-Device Only)

ReadySetSocial may perform face detection to locate faces in a photo so you can label them. This processing runs entirely on your device.

ReadySetSocial does not perform:

  • Facial recognition
  • Identity matching
  • Identity inference
  • Any “who is this person” functionality

3. How Your Data Is Used

Your photos and labels are used solely to help you browse and search your saved memories inside the App. Craft and Coded has no access to your photos or labels.

4. Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Craft and Coded cannot recover or restore deleted data.

5. Permissions

  • Photos: to let you choose images to label and save inside the app.
  • Camera (optional): only if you choose to capture a new photo.
  • Location (optional): only if you choose to store location metadata (if available).

6. Third-Party Services

ReadySetSocial does not integrate with third-party services for analytics, advertising, or data processing.

7. Security

Because all data is stored locally, security is handled by iOS system protections. No data is transmitted over the internet by the App.

8. Children’s Privacy

ReadySetSocial does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under age 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

If the App’s functionality changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated and the effective date revised.
